• We accept payment through bank transfer. Please get in touch by filling in this 'Enquiry Form' .

• All prices are based on sharing a twin or double room

• There is a 300€ supplement for single use of a twin or double room.

• Our all-inclusive prices include absolutely EVERYTHING

• 35% deposit is required at time of booking.

• Full payment is required 60 days before arrival.

• Within 24 hours of receipt of payment we will send you booking confirmation along with a health & fitness questionnaire and administration documents.

• ​​​​Closer to the date we will contact you for your flight details. A member of our team will be there to pick you up from Alicante or Valencia airport.

• We have scheduled airport pick-ups at Alicante & Valencia airports on arrival day. These times will be agreed once bookings are complete.

• Drop-off times at Alicante or Valencia Airports will be arranged once all guests flight times are determined.
