After spending your chosen amount of time with us here in Spain or the Caribbean, you will notice improved relationships between your team, better productivity and over a sustained amount of time, less sick days. We are flexible to your company's needs. Our 'Corporate Fitness Breaks' are designed individually for each company. We will discuss with you what you want from your time with us then we will tailor a program that fits perfectly for you and your team. After first contact has been made between us and your company we will discuss what it is exactly you're wanting from your corporate fitness break. You give us your ideas and requirements and we will put the plan into motion.
If you're looking for excitement and a bit of adrenaline then we will put together an action-packed itinerary for you and your team to enjoy. For the water lovers we can offer jet-skiing, kite boarding, windsurfing, para-gliding, reef diving, sailing and much much more. For the land lovers we have some fantastic coastal and mountain hikes and bike trails with some of the most breath-taking views on the planet. On top of this we can give you quad biking, go-karting, paint-balling, rock climbing, rappelling, caving, golf, zip lining, beach boot camp fitness sessions and much more. You name it and we'll provide it.
Our experienced and professional coaches will put your team through their paces with some challenging but fun team training sessions. Our carefully constructed sessions will improve your teams communication, strengthen relationships and improve their levels of fitness.

At both venues you will be under the instruction of our first-class qualified and experienced trainers who will be living with you on-site for the duration of your stay.
